Our Essence
We opened our doors in April 2010, inspired by the taverns, bistros and trattorias of southern Europe. We were particularly attracted to Mediterranean flavours, being notably influenced by them. At the same time, our particular interest in highlighting everything that is grown and produced in our country was combined; that is, we turned our gaze to Mexico, establishing ties with small producers.
This created an integration/fusion of Mexican products of extraordinary quality with Mediterranean notes, aromas and flavors.
Centenario 107 is an extension of your home, your terrace, your garden, open to anyone who wants to relax and be pampered. We create a friendly atmosphere where simplicity, quality and service prevail, in Coyoacán.

At 2010 he joined the team, to become the General Manager and Executive Chef of Centenario 107 where, together with the management team, they developed three spaces within the same place, focusing on the pairing of good food and good drink. the pairing of good food and good drink. He later traveled to Barcelona to complete his master’s studies and rejoined Catering Arcasa as Outlet Manager and Head Chef in April of 2008. 2015.
